This happens both on the training maps page and during navigation. The only thing you can do on the map is zoom in, but not move using the keys or the touchscreen.
If the flashlight feature still does not work, you can try restarting your Garmin Fenix 7. To do this, hold down the power button until the watch turns off, then turn it back on again. If restarting your watch does not fix the issue, you can try resetting the device to factory settings.
